基礎仕上げ

今日は基礎の仕上げのようです。
型枠を外した跡を削ったり慣らしたりしてます。

すごくキレイになってます。
分譲地の売込みで営業のKさんが居たのでいろいろ説明してもらいました。
「そうなんですよ〜積水ハウスの基礎はすごくキレイでカッコイイんですよ〜」
基礎壁の大きな切り欠きは、床下点検用の通路だそうです。
通路って言っても匍匐前進じゃないと進めなさそう。
次は基礎壁に引かれてるラインまでコンクリを入れるそうです。

積水ハウス独特の基礎のボコ模様

カッコ良さだけでなく、細かいクラックが入った時に、ヒビが広がるのを抑える効果もあるそうです。

排水管

詰まった時に目視チェックできるように接合部が透明になってます。
接合部の周りが青いのは接着剤の色。
きちんと塗られているか一目で判る工夫だそうです。
ナルホド〜、いろいろ良く考えられてるんだね。
積水ハウスで良かったかも。
